Redeeming 24hr Special Offer Vouchers

If you would like to book and redeem the 24hr Special Offer gift voucher, please call us at +64 7 349 7111 or email info@waiariki.co.nz. Please ensure you provide us with the details of your voucher, including the Voucher No and Validation Code which can be found at the bottom of your gift voucher. Please note that you cannot redeem this gift voucher online, you must contact us directly.

Please note that lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Certificates are valid for 12 months only – no extensions. Please click here for full list of our Terms and Conditions. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the time of your scheduled visit.  Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice do not qualify for re-booking or reimbursement.

Redeeming Restorative Journey and Sanctuary Treatment Gift Vouchers

If you would like to book and redeem a Restorative Journey Gift Voucher, we welcome you to do so via the BOOK NOW button on our website. Please ensure you have the Voucher No and Validation Code which can be found at the bottom of your gift voucher. Please enter these numbers at the Check Out .

A 100% charge will apply for all the Restorative Journey (Wai Whakaora), Sanctuary (Āhuru Mōwai) and Spa Experience bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice. Please contact us directly as soon as possible to avoid the late cancellation fee. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the time of your scheduled visit.  Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice do not qualify for re-booking or reimbursement.

Gift vouchers do not provide guaranteed entry into the facility.  All bathing and treatment bookings are subject to availability. 

Redeeming Passes

If you would like to book and redeem a Pass we welcome you to do so via the BOOK NOW button on our website. Please ensure you have the Voucher No and Validation Code which can be found at the bottom of your Pass. Select BOOK NOW, at the check out select Redeem Pass in the top right corner, follow the prompts. If you are redeeming via a mobile phone, select BOOK NOW, click on the 3 lines in the top right of the page, an option for Redeem Pass will appear, select this and follow the prompts.
