Nau mai haere mai ki Wai Ariki Café
At Wai Ariki we pride ourselves on the seamless integration of knowledge and ancestral wisdom passed down by our tupuna (elders). We harness the power of rongoa (native medicinal herbs) to craft a menu that nourishes not only your appetite and puku (stomach), but also your sense of self and identity (mana). The fusion of culture and wellness forms the central tenet of Wai Ariki, not only evident in the physical space but also the kai (cuisine) we serve.
Restore and revitalize with our selection of cabinet food, using locally made products, from kawakawa jelly to horopito chutney.
