Owned by Ngāti Whakaue, every gathering is shaped by a powerful connection to place. Geothermal wai (water),
cultural knowledge and manaakitanga (hospitality and care) come together to create experiences that feel both meaningful and memorable.
For generations, these geothermal waters have been woven into the traditions and daily life of Ngāti Whakaue.

Many groups begin their time at Wai Ariki with Wai Whakatā (Restorative Bathing) or Wai Whakaora (Restorative Journey), creating space to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the restorative qualities of geothermal wai together.
