Move through seven restorative stages including waterfall showers, fire and ice therapy, geothermal mud, steam, and thermal bathing, creating moments of reflection, connection and renewal.

The voucher entitles the holder to one complimentary Redwoods Glowworms Experience. Valid for redemption from 1 October to 30 November 2026. No separate Redwoods Glowworms booking is required. The voucher must be presented upon arrival and surrendered upon redemption. The voucher is valid for one-time use only and is non-transferable and not for resale. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product or service.

Lost, stolen, damaged, copied, or reproduced vouchers will not be replaced or accepted. Redemption is subject to Redwoods Glowworms operating hours and any unforeseen closures. Management reserves the right to refuse redemption where a voucher is altered, damaged, or suspected to be fraudulent. Offer valid for direct bookings only, subject to availability, and not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, package, discount, or voucher. Available for new bookings only and excludes trade bookings. The complimentary Redwoods Glowworms Experience must be redeemed by 30 November 2026.

The complimentary Glowworms voucher included with this offer can be redeemed directly at the attraction during the validity period.

The Redwoods Glowworms Experience includes approximately 15 minutes inside the glowworm cave as part of a guided experience. Wait times may vary depending on visitor numbers and operating conditions. Glowworms voucher redemption is available between 10:00am and 6:00pm daily. Please allow additional time for arrival and any waiting periods.
The Wai Whakaora Restorative Journey is a self-guided cultural wellness experience that takes 2 hours to complete. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked session.

Wai Whakaora Restorative Journey is the signature cultural wellness experience at Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa. This two-hour, self-guided journey features seven restorative stages, including geothermal bathing pools, waterfall showers, hot and cold contrast experiences, geothermal mud and kohu (steam), inspired by the cultural values and traditions of Ngāti Whakaue.

Guests must be 16 years or older to participate in the Wai Whakaora Restorative Journey.

The Restorative Journey and Glowworms Experience promotion is available throughout October and November 2026, subject to availability.
