Who is eligible?
Guests wanting to participate in membership to Uru Hapori are required to show a photo ID and proof of address proving their postcode lies within one of the following Rotorua areas: 3010, 3074, 3015, 3076, 3072, 3077, 3073, 3097.
How do I join?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be added to our Uru Hapori Member subscriber list. You will need to provide your details and agree to Uru Hapori Membership terms and conditions. The final step to activating your membership is to visit Wai Ariki with proof of address and your photo ID.

By accepting your membership, you are agreeing to receive email offers from time to time that will provide exclusive Uru Hapori member offers and general information on products and services provided by Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How long is my membership valid?
You can remain on the list if you are a resident of one of the identified postcodes. If you move outside of the area, unfortunately, we will need to remove your membership status.
Can I transfer my membership?
Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa Uru Hapori Membership is not transferable. Exclusive member offers and membership benefits can only be redeemed by the person named and qualified as the member.
We reserve the right to request proof of identification upon arrival to take up your experience at Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa.
Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa may change or revoke any membership terms, benefits, or privileges at our discretion. We will endeavor to give you advance notice of any such changes via email, or on the Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa website.
Except to the extent required by law, including New Zealand Consumer Law, membership is not exchangeable or refundable, pro-rata or otherwise.
Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa may refuse any application for membership.
