Are you a Rotorua local? If so, we invite you to sign up for our Uru Hapori – Local Membership which is complimentary and available to people over 16 years who live in Rotorua postcodes; 3010, 3015, 3020, 3072, 3073, 3074, 3076, 3077, 3081, 3083, 3096, and 3097.

Members receive discounted rates and 10% off for any family or friends accompanying them on the Restorative Journey, Sanctuary experiences (excluding packages), as well as selected purchases in our café and retail store.

To apply for a membership
To register, simply visit Wai Ariki Spa and speak with one of our wonderful kaimahi (staff). Please bring along photo ID and proof of local residency (such as a bill or addressed mail), and we will issue your Uru Hapori membership card. The membership is valid for one year from the date of registration.

Our local membership entitles you to exclusive member offers from time to time across a range of services and experiences at Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa.   You will also receive our quarterly eNewsletter to keep you up to date with current locals’ membership offers.
