Jesse Tamm joins Wai Ariki to drive global business events growth
Recently recognised as Belgravia Leisure’s New Zealand Venue of the Year 2025 and Most Unique Property at the 2025 Spa & Wellness Awards, Wai Ariki Hot Springs & Spa is cementing its reputation as one of New Zealand’s premier wellness destinations.
And in another win for the award-winning Rotorua venue, the team has now welcomed Jesse Tamm as Sales Executive, an appointment aimed at driving Wai Ariki’s growth in the global business events market.
With a background spanning luxury retail and destination sales, Jesse is focused on positioning Wai Ariki as a premium venue for global business events and a place where culture, wellness and world-class hospitality meet.
“My passion lies in expanding our presence in the global business events market. Wai Ariki has the perfect blend of sophistication and soul and my focus is on showcasing that to the world.” Jesse said.
Jesse’s career journey includes leadership roles with luxury brands such as Lacoste and Michael Kors across New Zealand and Australia, before transitioning into business events and tourism development. Now, that experience in premium brand positioning and relationship-driven sales is continuing to elevate Wai Ariki’s profile on the global stage.
Over the coming months, Jesse’s priorities include strengthening partnerships in both local and international markets, refining Wai Ariki’s corporate event offerings and attracting high-value conferences, incentive groups and retreats that align with the brand’s luxury and wellness identity.
