Dr Louisa Barter
Louisa is a General Practitioner with special interests in perimenopause, women’s health, and sports & exercise medicine. With over 20 years of medical experience and a passion for staying active, she has supported hundreds of women to thrive through the changing stages of womanhood. At a time when many women are juggling career peaks with health challenges, Louisa helps them regain strength, confidence, and well-being—so they can feel and perform at their best in life and work.
Sarah Croucher
Sarah is a dedicated physiotherapist with a focus on bridging the gap between research and real-world practice. She has a special interest in how exercise supports women through perimenopause and is passionate about promoting wellness and longevity. Sarah brings a practical, evidence-based perspective to helping women improve their well-being during this transformative stage of life.
Fran Tague
Fran is a pelvic health physiotherapist with many years of experience supporting women with a range of distressing and often misunderstood conditions. She is known for her warm, open approach and commitment to addressing the real impact pelvic dysfunction can have on quality of life. Fran offers advanced assessment and treatment programmes for incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction—and is passionate about helping women navigate the physical changes of perimenopause and post menopause with confidence.
Roshni Mistry
Roshni is a dietitian who is passionate about supporting women to feel nourished and thrive in all areas of their lives. She believes that food is not only a fuel, but also a source connection, tradition and enjoyment and believes this work is most sustainably achieved when combined with the principles of intuitive eating and non-diet approaches. Roshni has special interests in women’s health, gut health, sports nutrition. and eating disorders.
