Guest Experience Supervisor
The Guest Experience Supervisor will oversee the overall evening spa operations. This role ensures a seamless guest experience by leading staff, maintaining high service standards, upholding Māori cultural values, and managing facility safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
– Oversee evening operations, ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for all guests
– Lead and support spa, reception, and operations staff to maintain high service standards
– Uphold and incorporate Māori cultural values in guest interactions and service delivery
– Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally
– Conduct safety and cleanliness checks throughout the facility, ensure working spaces are clean and presentable to a 5-star standard
– Monitor spa facilities, including pools, saunas, and amenities, ensuring top condition
– Experience in leading teams
– Address operational issues and report key updates to management
– Holder of a Manager license preferred, other wise holder of a LCQ
Hours: 2.30pm to 11pm per shift (including some weekends).

Spa Therapist
Spa Therapist
At Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa, we believe in creating a serene escape where our clients can relax, rejuvenate, and restore balance. We’re expanding our team and seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our wellness family.
– Certified massage or spa therapist qualification
– Experience in massage therapy, aromatherapy, or beauty treatments (preferred)
– Warm, professional, and client-focused personality
– Excellent communication skills
– Passion for wellness and holistic care
Positions: Permanent part-time and casual available.
Spa Attendant / Guest Experience
These roles provide high levels of professionalism, customer supervision and service, safety and guidance around all pool areas. Ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for guests by greeting them, providing orientation and maintaining cleanliness. Experience with life guarding and first aid beneficial.
